This building was designed for a physician specializing in dermatology, internal medicine, and plastic surgery who wanted a building suited to efficient work flow between exam room and operating room for MOHS procedures. The renovation, seismic retrofit, and addition converted an office building not naturally suited to the requirements of a healthcare facility. The result was a new medical office and Medicare certified surgery center with high quality finishes and a modern design that satisfy code, aesthetics, and practical use. AAAHC / Medicare certified.
